Water is an appetite substitute, so drinking a lot of water helps intake of calories to go down. With the average intake of your daily calories decreasing and with the help of exercise you begin to lose fat. Losing fat is the key because THC is stored in the fat. So yes, drink lots and do some exercise (running is really good)

Also eating small snacks every couple hours help raise your metabolism and burn more fat. Always eat breakfast, it's the most important meal of the daily because it jump starts your metabolism. Also eat slower at your meals, it allows the mind to acknowledge that you have food in your system and for the food to expand. My brother will always took like 20 mins to eat a sandwich and not feeling the need to eat more. If youâ??re hungry eat a little snack and donâ??t starve yourself (your body will think it needs to go into survival mode and your metabolism will go down A LOT)
