The smell (or lack of smell) probably isn't going to affect the potency, unless you're growing a notoriously smelly strain and notice no smell from her in flowering. I have a Bubblegum strain that has a classic aroma in veg, but almost no smell whatsoever in flowering... even the latest stages when the buds are extra frosty. After curing, it smells delicious, and the smoke is fantastic, but you can hardly smell a thing when you're in the growroom with them.

If it's smell you're after, just throw a flowering Skunk in there for good measure. :jointsmile:
