I think using a potato instead an apple also can give good results... But if it didnt work (or if i hadnt even potatoes), i would roll a j with "normal" (writing) paper... i know it makes a lot of bad-tasting smoke, but in such emergency it wouldnt be so bad...

I ransacked my entire house and I couldn't find a can, nor do I have any apples or aluminum foil. The only type of homemade smoking devices that I know how to make include one (or more) said ingredients that I don't have. SO, this is where YOU come in.
