I would cure as usual during the first week, make sure they are plenty dry to prevent mold, and then put the jars in the fridge until you get back. Might end up tasting a bit green due to not getting aired out but I'd say bit green tasting is better than dry and harsh. Do you have any friends you can trust to help you out? It would suck to not be able to have the full glorious Blueberry flavor!
