Sure. If you want to grow 10 foot tall plants with internodes every 18 inches...that taste like straw, and doesn't even get you high enough to think hemp will be the pathway to cannabis legalization.

Wonder how long it would take the farmer to find your sabotage, and call the authorities. Scheduled testing of the crop would reveal your felony by the next spring, and doubtful the farmer would share your enthusiasm over contaminating his genetics with an illegal cannabis grow. Matter of fact, being a punk like that has a tendency to drive another nail in the cannabis legalization coffin. Think karma. Think...period.

A step in the right direction for whom? Hemp has nothing to do with legalizing cannabis, and I'd be pretty friggin pissed if I had to protect my ladies from permanent contamination from the hemp farm down the road.

Common sense and medical need have had enough of an effect to allow us this forum, but my guess is that the prison issue and taxes, will be the quickest and most permanant path to decriminalization.
