BTW, I thought the war on drugs was started on the Mexican/U.S. border when the Mexican immigrants brought it over and used it after a "...long day's work in the fields. They saw it as a way to relax."

The proabition against pot began way back in the 20's. But it was not until the crooked Nixon adminastration that any one actualy done some research into the matter.
