i think you should try all bending topping supercroping scroging methods and even make one up of your own...just not all at once. over time you will try it all or at least at least you'll try most of it. every grower, room and plant are different and its all about finding the best match for each circumstance. this method may work great with that light but when you go hid you may find another method works best. sub and i have have probably used similar methods at one point over the years but have ended up using much different setups now because of what has worked or not worked for us over the years...

having said that i think the main reason some people shy away from supercrop is because bending and scroging are considered "low stress" but aside for the occasional unfixable broken branch ive never seen supercrop hurt a plant or diminish yield. in fact i was looking at my buddys 4ft tall supercroped plants the other night and the SC tops looked even fatter then the others.
but if you are going to stick with that light i would do more plants (like 6), topped early into veg with 4 branches, flower early when they are still small and scrog early and low. your turn around will be faster that way.

hey sub, a buddy of mine is getting married in Birmingham this aug. and i think ill be in berlin around then so i should be able to fly over for it. we should hook up for a pint and some stories if your around the NW. i'll also be going to his bachelor party in amsterdam...unless the wife thinks i'd visit the hookers....i would never...
