If you could force a male plant to go hermaph and give you ANYTHING resembling a bud everyone would do this to their non breeding stock just to get viable smoke from it. To my knowledge unfortunately, without some kind of synthetic hormone possibly, it is impossible.

Results if I force a male to hermie for seeds Given that if you force a female to go hermaphrodite and pollinate itself the seeds are suppose to all be female, what if I force a male to go hermie and pollinate itself? Will the resulting seeds be a normal ratio of male vs. female seeds? Can you even force a male to go hermie? I have never tried to intentionally force a hermaphrodite, but I would like some seeds without sacrificing a female and this male plant has very good genetics.
