SENTRY MEDICAL
The Supreme courts latest ruling on employees and medical marijuana favors the employer.HIPPAA can protect you to some degree, but your Employer has the right to fire you if they find out.
What you need to consider is using pills for short term management to retake the test, and pass it if you get fired or quit your job and find another before they can get any results..CDL jobs are plentiful and getting re hired should not be a problem if you can find the right employer.
As long as you dont hit the scales,or cross state lines or give them access to a UA then you should be able to stay employed.
If you make it a big deal and stick out your current employer may brand you for your next job.
I see CDL jobs all over that I think a patient could do under the radar. They may only pay hourly but it is employment, and those employers are finding it hard to find CDL drivers.
This is not legal advice but are simply suggestions.
