I want to correct my earlier statement, as I'm doing a little more research ... I am NOT positive about this, so take this with a grain of salt ... I have read Kalifornia's Proposition 215, and the 420 Amendment, and unless, I have missed something, the only residency requirement I find, is for the Physician ... Prop. 215 says you "must be under the care of a California licensed Physician" ... I didn't find anything saying the 'patient' must be a resident ... of course, even if that is correct, the MJ recommendation still would be no good, except in Kalifornia (Montana is supposedly the only state, recognizing other states, I'm told) ... as I said, don't take MY word for it, I have been known to be under the influence of cannabis, on occasion (24/7, actually :stoned: ) ... if I'm wrong about this, please don't hesitate to correct me, as this particularly affects me at the present :smokin:
the image reaper Reviewed by the image reaper on . Any states not require residency? I live in Arizona... I have many legitimate reasons for a medical marijuana card but live in a backwards state... do all states require residency for a card? I realize I would be taking a risk getting it home to AZ, that aside, any ideas? Rating: 5
