so just going off of what you said im guessing your saying this, you live in arizona, a non medical state, and want to drive to a place (ie cali) with medical dispensaries, get a card that doesnt require residency, and then buy medical mj, and drive it back to arizona? (probably buying a large amount to save on gas, increasing the risk factor when you do drive it back)

I have many legitimate reasons for a medical marijuana card but live in a backwards state... do all states require residency for a card?
