This is going to be interesting to see what comes out of this question. My belief is that getting "high" is an individual experience. For example, I recently smoked some Hempstar with a friend of mine. Got my head in the clouds and focused as I could be, while he told me that he kept falling asleep from it. I think there can be as many results from smoking one sample as there are people. Good luck to you on this one, my suggestion is go with what you know. If you know of an Indica that you already like for this, stick with it.

sativas obviously contain more THC than CDB, ergo the cerebral high.

You will never get a totaly clear head. there are two main active chemicals in maryjane.
THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) gets a user high, a larger THC content will produce a stronger high. Without THC you don't get high.
CBD (Cannabidiol) increases some of the effects of THC and decreases other effects of THC.
Indica is more of a Body high because of more CBDs, and sativa is more of a head high with higher contents of THC and not much CBDs. But all this can be effected by the length of Flowering and curing.
