depending on what the P-K were i would go with that one. i think it would do a better job for you in veg.

how long do you plan on vegging for?

and get some molasses. you can get it at the grocery store or walmart for less that $3. use 2 TBSP per gallon when feeding during flower. you can start this a little before flower. i think you should use it during veg too because it causes growth to go nuts, but i haven't tested this out yet.
