they will work fine, but you will need consderibly more! it can be done. check out my grow logs in the sig.

remember also that 6500K is used for veg and 2700K is used for flower. a mix usually works the best, but more of each specific color temp for each specific phase of growth.

go do some reading on color temp with lights. white light is composed of an entire colored spectrum that appears white. google it.

i am talking about CFLs. but you can mix and match the color temps.

The other number is the spectrum. This is written as ****K, where **** is a 4-digit number. This is the temperature in Kelvin that an incandescent filament would have to reach to produce the same spectrum. For instance, 3000K is more yellowish-orange, while 6500K is very blue. Plants can absorb both ends of the visible light spectrum pretty well, but they reflect most of the middle, where yellows and greens are. For this reason, it's better to use either low or high spectrums for your plants. High spectrums are better for vegetating and low spectrums are better for budding. If you are only buying one kind, go for low spectrum, since you want a lot of buds, right?

Also, that soil looks kinda muddy IMO (for what it's worth). Got any perlite/vermiculite in there?

All things considering, you've done pretty well so far... But Shake's right, gotta read up, add light and ventilation, etc. etc., if you want good results

Mmmm... None that I've ever heard of. Ferts is another factor for optimum growth, so the best thing to do is take away the guess work and get some real cannabis fertilizer. Check out fox farm, they have a feeding schedule online, and I hear nothing but good things (except that they are a little hot, so split up the weekly totals between waterings.)
