i havent smoked in over a year but my friends came up for spring break and i smoked with them.. i go to basic training in 6 days will i pass the drug test... overall its 23 days smoke free

Should be OK. I would follow the dillution sticky the morning of the UA.

Just smoking the one time 23 days ago you should be perfectly fine now. If you still want to try to detox, drink a lot of rockstar energy drinks.
