I just listed to some of the public hearing. There was not one person there against it. Marinol is a schedule 3 at the federal level. Marijuana is currently listed as a Schedule 1 drug, no medical use but too dangerous for the general populous. Ecstacy, PCP, Heroine are in this class. Sched 2 includes cocaine, codeine, opium, etc. Sched 3 includes Marinol (synthesized THC pill), Rating: 5
