So as for your ventilation try using some 12mm cooling fans from radio shack and 2 of them cost me 13USD. So you want to try and keep a decennt amount of airflow going threw the box to keep it cool and also help build strenght with your plants. Your reflectors are the shit btw for them being getto rigged and they look like there working well. For some ventilation ideas check out my box grow(link below) it will help with ideas. Also what strains are you growing btw. They look indica dominate. But that should be enough lumes but extra cfls never hurt

I have a quick question about this cab. grow i'm working on. -The dimensions of the cab. are 20"X20"X3.5' -Inside painted flat white -I'm only growing two plants at a time, (just starting out) -I have 4 -100W daylight CFL's (2 for each plant) With a ghetto reflector shield to concentrate the light downward. -Organic soil mixed with bloodmeal (for nitrogen supplement), mixed with pearlite, and little bit of peat for filtration. -for Rating: 5
