Okay, so I'm 20 years old. Haven't smoked in probably 6 months and was never a regular user prior to that. I smoked on Sunday night, and just found out that I have an interview on Thursday. I don't know if they will drug test on Thursday.

Anyway, I'm 5'11", 160 pounds, eat very healthy, play judo 3 times a week, and am pretty fit. Will I pee clear by Thursday?

Everyone is different, but you should be able to get away with using the dilution method by N2 in the sticky. i would defiantly practice and test yourself with an at home test kit though.

That's sad you were never a regular user!

The average clean body can clear a one time high in about 5 days. If not, light dilution would probably work and of course so would subbing.

I doubt they're going to hand you a cup to piss in at the end of your interview...at least that's never happened to me. Usually you have to go within a certain amount of time after an offer...like 48 hours.
