Just so. White wings on white body. Hard to photograph.
They are tiny moths.

Know ya don't like sprays, but Volck Oil Spray was very effective against lotsa critters like that. Used to use it in the greenhouse, and as a leaf wash / shine for decoratives. (Talking 30+ years ago. Volck is obviously a petroleum product, and I don't see it mentioned any more. Maybe some side effects have been discovered since then...)

Worked well on weed, too, but I never used it within 30 days of harvest or got my buds wet with it- leaves only. Also, treated plants become very sensitive to light and heat. Saw some inexperienced applicators really do some epic damage that way. Just a thought...
True dat.
Direct application of anything to ingestable parts of my girls is on my nevahdo list.
But more germane is the bad news my research turned up.

The best control is natural enemies, and just about anything you can use on weed is harder on the predators, than on the prey!
Makes it counterproductive.

Only harmless control I saw was yellow sticky traps.
They don't do much damage and they do indicate when a plant is in trouble.
When one of the gals gets "out of sorts", they mob her.
Guess nothin's all bad.

Oh, yeah!

N - QB3 also.
