I'm starting to see some of our idle hypotheses from months back being recycled. Sold, in fact. Somebody oughtta break down and buy some emitters. Or even filters, like they did in the 50's. Talking about the effects of a discrete wavelength while testing it only as a component of a broader spectrum is just lazy. Certainly inconclusive. I'd call bullshit, but I have learned to behave with some discretion by your example.
