At the time, it seemed worth a little tempo to interrupt your construction project at the center. The bishop mixup doesn't change the situation much, really.

I can protect my bishop with N - QB3. Develops the knight a little, and if we trade, that develops the knight to a better position (I think).

Not to mention your 3 developed piece vs my 1.

What do you think? Sheer folly?

Folly is a li'l strong, but I would answer that with , say, Q - Q2
