Good idea, theoretically, but almost worthless in practice.
I retired it.

Found some Al stock (common hardware) that's an "L" profile. Could mount addtl sinks behind each emitter and then join 2 L's to make a rectangular channel. Exhaust the channel with a case fan (maybe 2 x 40mm). Well, a lightsicle, without the control box.

Seems like 50-60W @7:35 would approximate the halogens people are playing with lately....
Well, I guess if you make 3 or 4 of them and make a "Cone of irradiance" from the corners of your "brick" it would look sehr.
