Actually, I reviewed the openings of our first 2 games.
Pretty hard to follow, though.

The pieces were giving me lotsa problems. A sneeze would flatten everybody.
Weighted the bases: lead bullet noses, cheap Kester solder (humpf), sinkers, etc. followed by leftover epoxy, bathtub caulk, hot glue, whatever...used stuff up. De-burred and trued up the bases, too. HUGE difference. Can audition moves without knocking over 6 innocent pieces. Has the luxurious feel of a hand-crafted set. :lol5:

For the first time in my life, those human chess games made a little sense. :tin foil hat:

Dat porpoise is da heffalump in da room.

As long as your rook "sees" Q8,
the Black King can not cross check to castle queen's side.
So, the bishop makes a crappy move just sheild that square.
She is protected by the king and will be protected by the rook after castling.

I was checking out how ya got dem string-wicks.

My tomater's in the net pot, all wicked and everything. That fits inside a 3 gal. pot, barely. Think I'll settle for the transplant tonight and do the buquet tomorrow.

I think I wanna dilute my hard water with some distilled, gotta pick dat up.

In DWC, what pH and EC do 'maters like? I assume you just maintain your EC at 1200ppm or so?
