my dick non-erect looks to be 4-4.5 inches non erect. I don't have time to measure when erect, i have to beat the girl, fuck measuring lol. Even if you have a small dick, it's all in your rhythm. If you have a 12 inch dick, and no proper rhythm, the girl won't enjoy it, if you have a 7 inch dick, and have proper rhythm, than the girl will love it...

I agree with spliff's comments, & also with those who remarked on rhythm. Also helpful, from a lady's perspective, is a guy's oral skills. Trust me, even if you do do happen to be on the small side, learn to do that one thing well & you'll have her wrapped around your little finger (ahem... didn't mean for that to be a pun, but it sort of works, lol). A gifted tongue can make a girl overlook a multitude of things.
