Dilution *may* work (but it's never guaranteed). The *easiest* way is the drinks, but if you read the sticky on how to do it with B vitamins, aspirin, and Gatorade, you can save yourself a lot of money and it ends up being the same thing.

If you are worried about getting it right, though, just do the drinks. Better to spend $30 and get it right than spend $15 and get it wrong.
