Only as long as you keep drinking water constantly... preferably Gatorade or SmartWater.

It will depend on your activities and metabolism. Even after testing clean it can vary some for day to day. But if you've tested clean once your odds are pretty good. Just back off on the fluids for now and follow the dillution sticky the morning of the UA.

Oh, I think I may have misinterpreted your question.

Are you talking about *on the same day* like if you take a home test before you go to the clinic to take the real thing? Because in that case, my advice is correct (I think)

Or are you talking about over a course of days (not hours)? In that case the other advice is correct.
