are these spider mites?? cant tell (PICS)

i have little tiny holes and yellow spots on my leaves. taking a closer look i found a bunch of tiny little whitish things under the fan leaves. there is also some kinda winged bug next to em in 1 of these shots. i looked at all the sticky's on here and a couple other sites but i cant tell these things from adam....any help please???

Spidermites are orange and have a white web you can barely see. Those look like thripes or aphids. Best way to get rid of them are pyrithrum bombs, they make small ones. Once a week for 3 to 4 weeks to brake the life cycle.
Most stuff you soak your plants with will do as much damage as the bugs.

Either that or kill them all clean up good with chlorine water mix and start again.

its an olympus stylus 770sw, it is cool. waterproof to 30 feet and shockproof supposedly... i use it when im fishing, i dont take it underwater. i just like the insurance of knowing that if i do drop in the water it should be okay. i also have a super macro feature which gets even closer but theres no flash for that
