What strains would be best for these health issues?

This is why I smoke:

Depression
Anxiety
Muscle tension
Chronic neck and back pain
Insomnia

My favorite strain so far is High Times, because it's a heavy indica. I don't know the percentage, though. It's hard to get any information on the strains I get. I usually get a name though.

I find that sativas can put me in a really good talkative mood, but sometimes I get anxious with those because I think too much about one thing. I think sativas give you some kind of intense mental focus. I also like the creativity.

So can anyone tell me some strains that would be the best for my combination of health issues?
