Not Enough Herb Reviewed by Not Enough Herb on . ROLLING PAPER AND JOINTS! NEED HELP Alright, I'm not new to smoking, but I would love to smoke joints... but I have problems with them. Everytime I used to roll a joint and smoke it, it'd burn up sooo fast when I smoked it, and I didn't get high off it... Like I wouldn't feel any different. I used rolling paper, and I dunno man. It's hard to explain. I roll. I light. I inhale and it burns crazy fast. I'm done, and I'm not high.
