Yes, Im a very nice friend

accumulated humidity in your attic space is a bad situation (started rotting my roof, above my cabinet, and I wasn't even venting directly into the attic ) ... also, it may melt snow on the roof, attracting attention, if you're of the 'stealth' type grower ...
Thanks for the info, was thinking that would probably be an issue too.

Ive considered hooking it up to the bathroom vent which is close by, but im not sure I can get to it. Ill take a closer look next time and see if I can actually get to the vent.

Has any1 had any experience with active carbon filters?
Im thinking something like this
Would it be possible to put something similar into the exhaust ducting that all air passes through? How well do these work? Thanks.
Brian123 Reviewed by Brian123 on . Crawlspace Ventelation Ok, I have a friend who is going to be using a closest for his grown. The ceiling of the closet has an opening into a small crawl space above, which isn't big enough to actually crawl around in, but holds the ventilation system for the house. My idea is to hook the exhaust for the grow room (will be a squirrel cage fan attached to the light probably) directly to the crawl space, where it will then be pushed through an active carbon filter and into the open crawl space. :stoned: My concern is Rating: 5
