No they probably wouldn't contact you. I would wait a few days and then call HR and see if they have a start time yet. Just act excited about going to work, don't mention the UA.
The government is notoriously slow, so give them time.

They said they would get back to applicants after 10 days or so to setup appointments/interviews etc... My question is if someone failed their test are they required to notify you in any specific amount of time? Rating: 5
