its illegal to sell/own marijauana seeds in the u.s unless its sold for medical reasons in one of the few states that allow it, even then the dea will proberly confiscate everything because federal drug laws trump state laws.

How come you can buy seeds online from anywhere. I live in Canada but I think thats a bullshit statement. Of course you can sell and buy seeds. I see it all the time in 'High Times' issues and as banners on sites.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think you can buy seeds and shit.

It could be a good move, Assuming he has a safe addy to send the orders to and does everything he can to keep his real address secret. Like get a friend that doesnt grow to recieve all of the mail than deliver it to him.
As long as he doesnt sell dried, processed, or any other part of the plant and does strictly online orders he should be ok.I am very closely related to Johnny Mann the sheriff of lee county kentucky back in 1989 who got sent to prison for allowing the trafficing of marijuana through the state of kentucky. Johnny was screwed in a deal with Harvey Pelfry and some others who were helping him traffic got busted and blamed everything on him.

Yeah, I don't think seeds have any THC in em. You're just not allowed to plant them and grow your own.

My thoughts exactly Dick Justice, the worst they could probably get him for is intention to cultivate. lol, never heard of someone getting busted for intention to grow. It would be like putting someone in jail just because they said they were going to shoplift on wednesday or something.

Seeds do fall under the government's definition of marijuana. Only sterilized seeds are legal in the United States. I know someone who knows someone who got busted with a quarter pound of seeds and the cops just treated it as they would a quarter pound of the stickiest icky.

Ermitonto, It might haft to do more with local laws. Here in kentucky of you get busted with seeds they just get confiscated, but if you get caught with them in indiana for instance you get fined. Just like different states have laws oh how you get charged. if you have anything under 8oz here in kentucky it counts as a misdemeanor even if you got caught with it before.

Case in point: It's illegal. Any large-scale endeavors will involve large amounts of risk...
