if you are sure subbing is totally out - you might as well TRY to dilute. We've had lots of people post that they only quit for a week and passed and you sound like you don't have much fat on ya.

It is recommended that you stop exercise 2 days prior to your test (if you were planning to) and start taking a creatine supplement. You can get those in the vitamin/muscle-building section of WalMart (or whatever). Read the dilution sticky. Substitute gatorade for at least some of the water to keep your specific gravity up.

When you say you took a test today (yesterday) and failed miserably... did they test you or was it a hometest? Who is they?

You could always buy a hometest and do a practice run the day before your test. Do it in the afternoon (or whenever your test is gonna be).. I wouldn't advise wasting a test on first mornings urine.
