International treaties are a PITA...it's bigger than states rights or national rights. Even if the Dutch ignore the treaty...their in violation of treaty. The United Nations could kick their ass...(if, it didn't have two left feet)...:asskick:...IMO.
Well, we do have a political system where elected officials can ignore laws and treaties. You don't really hear the world screaming for the convictions of Bush and Cheney do you? So who really cares about some treaty most likely never ratified by a recorded vote in congress? :smokin: How about torture? Where does that come in against cannabis smoking on the crime meter? And then where is the punishment? Instead another mmj joint gets raided. Don't you just love your idiot governement?

We Americans need to start showing congress and the president who really runs this country since they and their associated minions have managed to fuck things up so badly it may never really be fixed. :wtf::stoned:
