Its seems its time to begin for all medical patients harrassed by law enforcement and put before a judge to declare, instead entering a plea, that they are being subjected to, and are the victims of cruel and unusual punishment, as well as being protected against discrimination as a special class of citizen as affirmed by the Equal Rights Clause of the Constitution. Time to throw every argument we have at them so something sticks big time. :jointsmile:

I believe in what your saying dude. I got busted on campus obeying my state and local laws and I still got my stuff confiscated. Im fighting till I get my stuff back.
