As of right now, there is a website up which you get to vote questions up or down. The top questions will be addressed by Obama tomorrow, Thursday march 26. The "online town hall" will be up at 11:30 am and voting will close at 9:30 AM. PLEASE get involved while you can.

"What are your plans for the failing, "War on Drugs", thats sucking money from tax payers and putting non-violent people in prison longer than the violent criminals?"

But there are PLENTY of other questions regarding the legalization of marijuana and rescheduling it, just search "marijuana" and vote YES (the check mark) to all the questions you agree. Again, the president will directly address these issues TOMORROW from my understanding, and we DEFINITELY have the drug war as a main issue right up there. Make a difference! It's easier than ever, and the american public and politicians are opening their minds up more and more. California introduced the legalization bill, Massachusettes did the same, so many states already decriminalized and allow medical marijuana, the snowball is rolling faster and bigger than ever, let's make it grow even more!

Speaking live moments ago President Barack Obama pledged â??to open up the White House to the American people.â?�

Well, to some of the American people that is.

As for those tens of millions of you who believe that cannabis should be legally regulated like alcohol â?? and the tens of thousands of you who voted to make this subject the most popular question in todayâ??s online Presidential Town Hall â?? well, your voice doesnâ??t really matter.

Asked this morning whether he â??would â?¦ support the bill currently going through the California legislation to legalize and tax marijuana, boosting the economy and reducing drug cartel related violence,â?� the President responded with derision.

â??There was one question that was voted on that ranked fairly high and that was whether legalizing marijuana would improve the economy and job creation, and I donâ??t know what this says about the online audience,â?� he laughed.

â??The answer is no, I donâ??t think that [is] a good strategy.â?�

Obamaâ??s cynical rebuff was short-sighted and disrespectful to a large percentage of his supporters. After all, was it not this very same â??online audienceâ?� that donated heavily to Obamaâ??s Presidential campaign and ultimately carried him to the White House?
