I ordered successfully from Seed Boutique.

Then I ordered successfully from Attitude....and their method where you pay a little more but it comes in a DVD case and with a T-shirt is AWESOME!! I expected it to cost alot more but it was like +12 $. AND got more/better free seeds.

For me I felt safer with seeds comming from UK versus Holland.

Remember you can purchase a gift card/ credit card for cash and set up bogus email...depending on where you are shipping to ect.
