Need advice

I am a new grower and have 2 week old plants (hydro)
They have just had change in water 2 days ago. NOw the leaves are wilting ppm are 590 ph 570 what can be causing this? also added h202 to new solution. can this be a factor?
I water 2ce a day only after waterng do they wilt but now they are progressivley getting worse.
what can i do?
