No problem, I really wasn't clear at all, I was refering to the California Hemp and Health Inititative that was authored by Jack Herrer. I'm don't know anything about it except that it fell short in '08 and last I heard they were going to try to run it again in '10. I'm not sure if calhemp.org is their new web page or not.
