Quick Question. Fluorescent lights, which kind is best?

Hello everyone, i'm on my first real grow and i started with just HPS lights.....i now see the error of my ways

I'm wondering if theres any particular type of fluourescent bulb i need or if any old bulb will do. I know i need the blue spectrum but i'm not sure exactly what to look for.
