i am in the middle of opening one right now my self... first things first you have to go talk to the sheriffs office they will point you into the right direction.. they will tell you the zoning laws and where you will be able to run that type of business... then go get a business license application the sheriffs office will have to sign the paper work before you turn the application in .. it will cost about 100$.. then gather up about 100000$, a good marijuana lawyer, a place to sell and your ready.. the business will have to be set up to be a nonprofit business........ dont forget you will have to do a speech in front of the county council on why you want to open the dispensary... hope this will get your feet wet.. i know i had trouble getting started... :rastasmoke:
