definitely want a strain that tolerates lots of rain ... sativas are best for that, as they tend to be tall, skinny, with airy buds, that don't accumulate moisture ... but, they have looong flowering periods, not a good situation ... I was stationed at Ft. Lewis, and suspect kelp/seaweed would be ideal, grows underwater ... just kidding ... tough place to grow, I would think ... some places are best suited to indoor grows ... :smokin:
