Doesn't change the fact he was convicted, just means that the judge wants to take the new administrations stated position into consideration prior to sentencing. So now, we wait. What will the DOJ say? What will his sentence be in light of that written statement out of the DOJ, and what will it mean for others that are facing federal charges?
