Heart races every single time

well i was born prematurely (3 months early) and i did have heart problems, my heart would stop (kind of like forgetting to breathe) and i would have this machine hooked to me so it would shock me if my heart stopped. I dont know, nothing really helps. Thanks for all your help though, i think im just gonna take a little break, im really really tired of my parents' bullshit. maybe if they smoked a little they would stop tripping the fuck out.

I agree you should try meditation, a really simple one. Just concentrate on your breathing for 10-20 minutes or so, only your breathing. Also I was wondering if you smoke it with tobacco, that can cause racing heart.
