Just some quick things but the best thing you can do is read threw threads and gather your own knowledge. Until you learn growing is not just a place in the oven set timer walk away thing. Its like a job and it should be taken serious. There will be alot of stuff you think that you may know but there will be plenty that you don't know. It is not hard to get a op going.
