One of those is, you cannot be searched without due cause. No due cause and search is an illegal search, illegally obtained evidence cannot be used.
What I am trying to say is to DENY EVERYTHING, this is where you act like you have no idea what is going on. You haven't been home and this handy man had keys and access, and now you are accused of growing plants. Just my personal advice, FIGHT IT AND DENY EVERYTHING. :hippy:
