the lease agreement says they have to warn me 24 hours in advance. they said they put notes on the door that they were gonna come in and check the pipes the day before they did. so...i say violation, since they warned my DOOR, not me. ive been in montana for a week, they have my cell number to call me.

did you get notice that maintenance was going to enter YOUR RESIDENTS.In Oregon they have to give a 24hr notice.If they don't illegal enter.And I wood start from there.

So my apartment was accessed by maintenance, and my grow was found. I've been evicted and turned over to the police, but I'm out of state right now. I'm trying to get a hold of the police there, some guy is calling me back soon. Am I f*cked? I had 2 foot tall plants, and maybe 10ish clones, all in veg. I myself am contacting the police, since they haven't tried to contact me yet. Does that help my situation at all? Any thoughts on what will happen to my dumb *ss? Please respond asap.

I wood ask were is all of my buds.Even if you didn't have any.And make the apartment and PD answer to.I did it in traffic court got pulled over and got 3-1/2oz took.I ask the judge were my BUDS I had 7oz the police sed i had 3-1/2.Were is the rest I want to know did cop smoke it or sell it.The Judge looked at me funny and sed I don't........want to deal with this case he throw it out dismissed.But that was in Washington in 1998

First off, you need to learn to write better. I had to read through your post 5 times to make sense out of it.

Second, how is this going to be of any help to the OP? So, you got caught with 7oz of pot, you were only charged with 3.5oz, and you told the judge that you actually had twice as much as you were being charged with? No relevance to the OP's predicament, plus that was just a dumb thing to tell the judge.

I would be more inclined to do the OPPOSITE of whatever you say, because that was pretty idiotic.

OP, haven't heard any updates from you in awhile, I hope that doesn't mean things have taken a turn for the worse. Please update us when you can. You've got people pulling for you :-/

Hey everyone, thanks for all the help and stuff. I ended up with a charge of possession<2oz, misdemeanor, so probably like a year of probation and whatever fines, but i still have to do the court date and shit. I went in yesterday or maybe the day before. My lawyer took care of most everything. I'm pretty well set now I guess, get my probation then take off to Montana for the summer, pretty much a free pass on a couple of those months. My lawyer said they have to let me go there since my permanent address is there. Again, thanks for all the help.

less than two onces is a class c misdemeanor with a fine of up to $500, with no jail time. so you won't get probation for that.

also, with no prior felony convictions, if convicted of possession of less than one pound of marijuana a judge must impose a sentence of probation with mandatory drug treatment. If no treatment center exists within the jurisdiction, the judge may waive the treatment requirement. They judge can also waive all fines.

not sure how this ^^^ would be applicable to you.

Hey, I don't know if anyone would still read this, but here's what has gone down since the last post. I've been on a one-year probation since August, had 60 hours of community service which I finished 2 weeks after getting it, $500 in fines which turned out to be over $1600 with added fees and bullshit, which I have also finished paying. Now all I need to do is raise the $2000 my parents lent me for the lawyer and I'm all set. Apparently, if I'm good, my P.O. can decide to let me go any time after 6 months, so about February 27th. I don't have to go in for a drug screen until January 11th, so I'm throwing the question out, if I smoke today I should be more than fine for that test, right? I haven't smoked since mid-July, I'm fairly skinny and pretty active. Thanks everyone again for your help with this deal last year, and I hope to hear from you again soon.

What if they decide to screen ya earlier or somethin? I dunno..really fortunate to have avoided any convictions etc. just slaps on the wrist thank God
