I would say, anything you are spitting up and coughing up something black, it would definitely be a good idea to go see your Dr. and get a good physical. Let your doc know what is going on.

If you are concerned of this, i would definitely go see my Dr. and get it checked out. Could be other things, as well. Like, do you work in a coal mine or stuff like that? Take your temperature and see if it is normal, doesn't hurt to cover your bases either! PR :hippy:
