hey guys this year i wanted to try something diffrent i have some haze seeds the genecetics been around since the 70's..my thing is these things grow freakishly big"my uncle has been growing this for many yrs...and that is what he said about them...he showed me pics of one plant and it was 10 feet high with 7 ft branches.back in the late 80's.pretty big to me....but my question is whats the latest time that i could plant outdoors in the northeast as i would like to keep them as short as possible...and i would be putting them out at about one foot tall...and will also be putting the rest out at around late april early may...

You can put your plants out side 2 months before they are supposed be done. So if you plant is a mid september harvest, then put them out side mid July, or 2 weeks later if you want them even shorter. Past september plants immediately begin to flower, hard too. If you have a heated greenhouse you can flower all winter.

It depends do you want them freakishly short and premature??

I would say just do some training to keep them shorter and bushy.. and put them out early June.. Mid September would be about 3 1/2 months. Just remember that depending are far up north you live you might not be able to go longer than October.
