Does anyone know if The DEA has arrested or confiscated property from a MMP in California that has the legal papers from a doc. and is well with in his or her county possesion limits??????

absolutely ... some counties in California have chosen to turn blind eyes to the LAW ... generally, the southern counties have been the worst ... I'm in a northern CA county, they accept the law here, and we're not hassled ... :thumbsup:

according to United States Attorney General Eric Holder the DEA will no longer harass people who are in compliance with their respective states medical marijuana law. in some areas of some medical marijuana states the cops still act as if the law isn't on the books. problem for the cops is that usually when these cases reach an actual court, as long as its not federal, the law wins every time. a law is a law is a law. if the cops don't like it, that's too bad for them.
